Every year in January you have to turn up at the immigration office in Mandaue dressed smartly. No flip-flops, shirt and long trousers just to go to the cashier window to pay your P310 annual report fee as a 13a (resident Visa) holder.
Not a lot of hassle compared to those on tourist visas and generally not really a headache either except for having to come into the city just to make the trip.
This year seemed extremely busy in immigration compared to last time. Not sure if its just the time of year or if there are a lot more visas being renewed. One thing was for sure it wasn’t 5 minutes like last time. More like 45 minutes which still isn’t bad.
