Philippines president Noynoy Aquino took time out to head down to Negros Oriental and assess the damage of the earthquake affected region. The number of dead keeps rising as as well as missing after the quake.
2 days after the earthquake hit President Aquino on his 52nd birthday decided to visit the area, alongside him also came along sisters Ballsy Aquino-Cruz and Pinky Aquino-Abellada
In the photo Noynoy is making an assessment of the damaged road at La Libertad, Negros Oriental. Although not stopping long in Negros Oriental due to flying back to Manila in the afternoon, main thing is though at least he took the time out to assess things himself.
