Working out at home the battle of the bulge!

So far so good as I drag it out on the evening and in the afternoon for 30 minute sessions. Trying to do an hour a day but often get side tracked onto other things. But having it at home does mean I can use it several times a day unlike the gym.

Part of the problem with the local gym is they lack enough equipment for the number of people going daily. So you will find yourself waiting for things like the cross trainer, running machines or cycling machines. Getting on the weights though isn’t an issue as it seems most people are going to the gym for Cardio and weight loss rather than workout.

So went the other route if you can’t take Matt to the gym you bring the gym to Matt. Which is helping get the weight down. Still not as much as I would like but then again for the amount we have been eating when we go out to places like the Tin Gow restaurant and La Tegola restaurant just keeping the weight down is half the battle.

Although now getting into work mode and will start to swap the diet out for fresh fruit and other healthy options over things like sweet and sour chicken.

Can’t have it all ways! but at least we can enjoy a good meal at least a couple of times a month but as April pointed out last week we went to 6 restaurants in a week. Which is a bit excessive even for me.

Anyway onwards and upwards New Years resolution is still in process of getting back down to a 34” waist.
