Had some reflexology for the first time today and had put it off due to several people finding it painful. To be honest I didn’t feel much at all except afterwards my legs did feel relaxed. Interesting thing though was some of the things said while I received my treatment. Some kind of acid pain near my knee was caused by drinking too much fizzy pop. I had back problems and a stiff shoulder which seemed easy to guess but then she mentioned I also had a cough even though I hadn’t coughed the whole time I was in the chair. I had taken a beer to relax the throat a little but an expat with a beer bottle in his hand is more common than an expat wearing a watch. Then she mentioned I was also having cold sweats which could have been related to knowing about my cough but then again who knows. An interesting treatment after making the plywood table all afternoon and now feeling the benefit of very relaxed feet.
