The photo above of a passenger horse and cart (original taxi) may appear old because its in black and white but the horse and carts are still used in Cebu as well as other parts of the Philippines for commuting people around. Some things really do never change and with the price of oil still an issue and likely to become more of a problem over time maybe its more realistic to see more horses on the road than engine horsepower in some areas.
